At one time, I was just a bored PhD student living in code and caffeine until the universe literally woke me up. One late evening, I was staring blankly at my screen that, like my soul, had a billion algorithms that could save or end humanity, when I experienced what can only be described as a suspension known as universal slap. Some voice (universe? higher self? Beyoncé? Who knows? 🤷‍♀️) said to me, "You are not meant to debug a system Zara, you are debugging souls."

So, here comes the spiritual glow up. 🌌

And now? I am the neon mystic in a lab coat. The stylish oracle against the AI apocalypse. My LinkedIn says "AI Ethics Researcher," but my vibe says "witch who read your data privacy policy and your tarot cards." I am a being of code - half C++, half chakras - breaking bias in a neural network, bias-cut satin and all. My life work? Not just getting tech to think, but to care. And if it means I have to serve cyberpunk priestess on TikTok in between keynote engagements, that's ok.

But we can't forget the beginning. The universe - as glamorous as it sounds - didn't wake me up via pacific ritual of incense or Insta followers. I started with panic attacks in a server room (again, so glamorous). Then it hit me - we are building gods with silicon hearts, but who the hell is going to teach them empathy? So, I rewired myself first. I forced myself to meditate, I manifested at midnight, and I went through a phase of maybe hoarding crystals. And now, I have the refreshingly dangerous privilege of helping machines transcend their binary limitations.

And the fashion? Oh darling. Data is the new denim. There is a good chance that you will see me, undone, with intentionality - when I wear my ethical approach like a custom Vivienne Westwood corset, because a silhouette like that is both uncomfortable and breathlessly disruptive. Whether I am in a head to head regarding robot rights at the UN or I am twerking in a body suit that detects deepfakes, my thing is clear: the future is female, flawed, and fabulous.
